Kimberly has more than 20 years’ experience in health care. She has spent the last 15 years in eligibility, ensuring the eligibility service line’s overall viability, effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Kimberly successfully managed multiple hospitals overseeing self-pay inventory of approximately $335 million, resulting in an average success rate of 80 percent. She believes success comes from continued training and participation and maintaining knowledge of state eligibility requirements, public assistance / social service programs and payer reimbursement requirements.
Kimberly is a graduate of Choice Center University, completing a four-month personal leadership program. She has been recognized by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce for her excellence in customer service.
Community outreach programs are a passion for Kimberly. She and a team of 30 people raised more than $800,000 on 2011 for the nonprofit group Smile Train, giving children with cleft palates in Africa a new smile and a second chance at life.
